The Moonee Valley Brass Band is a local community band supported by the City of Moonee Valley.

We perform in a variety of local festivals and ceremonies and even take part in state and nationwide competitions.

The band rehearses once a week at 7:15pm Monday nights in Bradshaw St Hall, Bradshaw St, Essendon.

Last Easter we represented you, our community, at the National Band Championships in Adelaide. Thanks to your support we were able to win our division and become the 'D' Grade National Champions. We also competed at the 89^th Annual Bendigo Eisteddfod at the end of May and we won our division as well. Due to our success in 2011, we have been re-graded on the 'C' Grade division of the VBL and face many more challenges in the future.

We are always looking for new members so if you have the slightest musical ability and an interest in brass bands, contact us or come by on a rehearsal night a feel free to take a listen to the band.
