We invite you to join our newly founded development band – Aberfeldie Brass!

We strongly believe that it is never too late or too early to learn to play an instrument. A new study by researchers at St Andrews University in Scotland have found that even moderate musical activity can enhance brain function and slow, or even stop, age-related decline in mental function.

The band is open to ages 7—97 and all abilities, from absolute beginners to those picking up an instrument after a long break.

We have instruments available for hire!

Rehearsals are held each Monday night from 6.00pm—7.15pm at the Bradshaw St Community Hall (9 Bradshaw St, Essendon) during school term. There are no rehearsals during school holidays.

Instruments are available for hire for $25.00 per semester.
